1 General Terms

999bg (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh and select regions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999bg.

By using the 999bg platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or of legal age as defined by the laws of your country.
• You are participating in betting activities voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Online betting is legal in your area and you are certain of this.
• All information provided is true, accurate, and your own.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create a valid account on 999bg, the following conditions must be met. Registration is completely free with no hidden charges.

• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email at registration. Incorrect information may result in your account being suspended during verification.
• For security purposes, 999bg may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may require a national ID, passport, or other documents.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 999bg support immediately.

3 Betting Rules

Please make sure you understand the rules below before betting on 999bg. Knowing the rules will help you avoid unnecessary issues.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted, it is considered final.
• Betting closes before a match or event begins. Live Betting is available for select events.
• If a match is cancelled, rescheduled, or incomplete, 999bg will settle bets according to the applicable rules — typically the stake is returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 999bg reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Attempting to arbitrage by placing conflicting bets on the same event may result in your account being temporarily or permanently restricted.

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on 999bg are simple and fast. Payments can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please read the following terms carefully.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum limit, though large deposits may require verification.
• Deposits are usually instant. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposited funds will not be affected by currency exchange — if you deposit in BDT, it will be credited in BDT.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳1,00,000.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. An express withdrawal option is also available.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained through a bonus.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 999bg may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

999bg regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Bonuses are easy to claim, though certain terms apply to their use.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus percentage is awarded on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 5x–10x).
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit amount is required to qualify for weekly or monthly reload bonuses.
• Referral Bonus: Referring a friend earns a bonus for both of you — but only once the referred friend places active bets.
• You may not place opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• 999bg reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

6 Responsible Gaming

999bg believes betting is entertainment — it should never become an addiction or a problem. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

• Betting Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately once set, but increasing them requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Betting Pause: You can take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: To take a long-term break from the platform, use the self-exclusion option. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the designated period ends.
• If you feel you are losing control of your betting, please reach out to our support team.

8 Account Closure & Restrictions

You can close your account at any time — either by contacting support or directly through your settings. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

999bg may, at its sole discretion, suspend or restrict an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Attempting arbitrage betting or exploiting system errors.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any issue with a bet or payment, contact 999bg support first. Our team typically resolves queries within 24–48 hours.

• When submitting a complaint, please provide your account ID, bet ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
• In the event of a dispute over bet outcomes, 999bg's database records will be treated as the final and definitive proof.
• If the issue cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate to a third-party mediator.
• Legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with the rules of 999bg's licensing authority.

10 Changes to Terms

999bg may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified by email or via a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
